1. Properly adjust the hammer screen gap
Using the characteristics of the friction of the sieve surface that varies with the distance between the material and the sieve surface, the gap between the hammer and the sieve is adjusted to increase the difference in hammering speed between the hammer and the material, thereby increasing the GX rate. However, in the feed production process, the sieve hole is different, the raw material is different, and the hammer screen gap needs to be adjusted frequently; in the grinder, the particle composition in the inner cavity of the grinder will also change after the grinder has just started to work and after a period of operation; Among the parts of the pulverizer, the hammer is easy to wear. After the front end of the hammer blade is worn, the change in the gap between the hammer and the screen increases, and the output will decrease, making it difficult to last.
Of course, in order to test the output of a certain type of crusher, determine the appropriate hammer-screen gap and suction for a certain raw material and a certain sieve hole. Without considering the service life of the sieve and the hammer, it can be shortened. High crushing efficiency data has been obtained within a period of time. 2. Reasonable use of burrs on the reverse side of the screen
Putting the punched and hairy side of the sieve inside can increase friction, but after a short period of time, the efficiency will be lost after the burrs of the sieve are polished. The lasting time is about 30 minutes to 1 hour.
3. Increase suction
Add negative pressure to the pulverizer system to suck the material attached to the inner surface of the screen tightly, which increases the friction of the material on the screen surface, and can also increase the hammering speed difference between the hammer and the material, but the increase in suction will also increase the hammer and screen. The wear and tear, efficiency is not lasting. At the same time, the power consumption of the suction is also increased.
4. Place a washboard in the crusher
The washboard has the function of blocking the material ring, but the effect is limited. First, the teeth of the washboard act on the front end of the hammer, and the friction surface is small, and the hammer wear also has durability problems; the second is that the washboard squeezes the wrap angle of the screen, and the area of the washboard is too large.
