A pulverizer is a device that crushes solid materials into powder by grinding. This crushing is an important unit operation in many processes. The pulverizer is mainly composed of a grinding body, a fan, an ultra-fine analyzer, a finished cyclone container, a bag filter, and an air duct. When the pulverizer is working, the main bearing and each turntable are driven by the motor through the reducer, and all the grinding rollers are driven by the turntable to roll in the annular channel through the plunger. The material is pushed to the edge of the turntable under the action of centrifugal force and falls into the grinding chamber.
The high-pressure blower continuously sucks in air and brings the airflow with crushed materials to the classifier, which screens the airflow by the high-speed impeller. The unqualified particle size falls back to the pulverizer for regrinding, and the qualified particle size is mixed with air and enters the cyclone powder collector.
Most of the qualified powder will fall and be discharged from the discharge valve at the bottom. A small portion of fine powder moves to the dust collector with the airflow. The above two batches of materials are sent out by the conveyor, and the finished powder is packaged. In addition, filtered clean air is eventually exhausted from the muffler.
